REASONS FOR TAKING THIS PRODUCT?
Melatonin is a hormone naturally made by the body to induce sleep mode and to help it fall asleep
A lack of or unbalanced melatonin secretion can lead to insomnia, with symptoms such as difficulty falling asleep, lack of deep sleep, frequent awakenings or early awakening
Melatonin can therefore correct an imbalanced sleep cycle and get you to sleep faster
Melatonin is very effective in fighting against insomnia caused by jet lag or shift work
For optimal effects, take before sleeping or 30 minutes before sleeping. Do not start stimulating activities (such as reading a good book or watching an entertaining TV show) as it could fight against the effects of melatonin
For faster jet lag recovery when travelling (especially in the East), take melatonin before sleeping after nighttime during the trip towards the destination and when arriving at the destination until adapted to local time
Do not take melatonin after 3 am to avoid its effects when the morning comes
Note: For more pronounced symptoms, opt for our 5 to 10mg melatonin formulas.
