We use Purolator and Canada Post for our deliveries.
If Purolator is your preferred choice, select Purolator during checkout process (only valid for Canada as we do not offer express delivery fro the USA).
Purolator usually delivers next days when in Quebec province or in the next few days according to your province.
For any delivery an email will be sent with the information about the tracking number and you will be able to track your shipment on this dedicated page.
Easy-Pharma is made by human people, we are able to do good work but also able to do some mistakes, in this case, reach out to us, phone, email, chat or contact form and let us know about your issue, we will find a way to get your the best solution. No need to be rude or to shout (Uppercase letters in your messages) it will only slow us down!
Usual issues in orders can be related to stock inventory, causing delays in shipments or large volumes of orders causing delays in our order processing times.
Easy-Pharma is offering a wide variety of products and we are always looking at the market for having the best price possible.
Easy-Pharma is a commercial company, we do not offer special discounts if you order large quantities, or free deliveries or any other special requests. We also need to pay our crew and pay our suppliers.
We used to have Paypal in our payment system, this is no longer the case.
Although we have always done everything requred by Paypal they have blocked our account without any notification or any explanation and holding our funds for 6 months.
Therefor we have removed Paypal from the possibilities and are implementing a new payment solution. We will not be hostaged by such systems.
In the mean time, we suggest you create your shopping cart, create your account and your delivery address, give us a call or shoot an email with your phone contact details and we will be able to finalize the order over the phone with you.
Returns of products
We accept return of products, if you have ordered the wrong product or if you have received the wrong product.
We will not accept the product return if you have received the product you have ordered.
We will not accept return of open products or products with damaged packaging.
Returned products needs to be in condition to be sold again.
To return a product, reach out to us via email or via the contact form and let us know your issue so we can take action and send you a return label.
If there is any issue with the product after receiving your delivery, please contact us within the 5 working days so we can take action to get you totally satisfied. We will look at all possible ways to have you served.
Although we are limited by the possibilities of our company, we will do whatever possible to find a solution.
Any issues notified to us after this delay of 5 working days will no longer be dealt with on our side.
