It is previously specified that these conditions govern the sales made by Easy-Pharma and products offered on the site called: www.easy-pharma.ca. These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, including those in effect for store sales.

Easy-Pharma whose premises are located at 4955 rue de la Randonnée - Sherbrooke, QC, J1N0N8, is registered with through the business registry, with federal taxes and provincial taxes.

ARTICLE 1: OBJECT

The purpose of these general conditions of sale is, firstly, to inform any potential consumer of the terms and conditions under which the seller sells and delivers the products ordered and secondly to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products by the seller to the consumer. They apply without restriction or reservation to all sales, by Easy-Pharma, of the products offered on its website www.easy-pharma.ca.

Consequently, any person who orders a product on the website www.easy-pharma.ca carries full acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale which the Buyer acknowledges having read prior to its command. All other conditions than those stated herein are binding on the seller only after written confirmation from him. The general conditions of sale are modifiable at any time without notice provided they appear on our site and take effect on that date.

ARTICLE 2 - PRICES

The prices of our products are indicated in Canadian Dollars all taxes included (TTC). These prices do not include shipping costs. When ordering to a country other than Canada, you are considered the importer of the product (s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or purchase taxes may be required. These rights and sums are not the responsibility of Easy-Pharma but are the responsibility of the buyer. All orders regardless of their origins are payable in Canadian Dollars.

The online sales site www.easy-pharma.ca reserves the right to change prices at any time. The products will be invoiced on the basis of current rates at the time of registration of the orders. The products remain the property of www.easy-pharma.ca until full payment of the price.

ARTICLE 3 - ARTICLES / ORDER

The Buyer may, prior to his order, take note, on the Site www.easy-pharma.ca, of the essential characteristics of the items he wishes to order.

The Buyer selects one or more of the different categories offered on the www.easy-pharma.ca website.

The offers presented by www.easy-pharma.ca are valid while stocks last. For products not stored in its warehouses, the offers presented by www.easy-pharma.ca are valid provided that there are products available at their suppliers' store. 

In case an item is out of stock, www.easy-pharma.ca offers to contact the buyer to offer an equivalent offer, a credit or a refund.

Easy-Pharma reserves the right to modify the product assortment according to the constraints of its suppliers.

The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are only indicative and do not engage the seller. In case a supplier modifies a product, the graphic representation of it does not engage the responsibility of the seller nor affect the validity of the sale.

Orders are not processed administratively on weekends and holidays.

By placing his order the buyer agrees to accept all of these terms and conditions of sale. The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a payent issue  or prior dispute relating to payment. The prices in effect are those indicated on the website at the time the order is made.

From the moment the Buyer has registered his order by clicking on the "Validate your order" icon, he is considered to have accepted knowingly and without reserve the present general conditions of sale, prices, volumes and quantities of products offered for sale and ordered. The Buyer's order must be confirmed by www.easy-pharma.ca. The sale will not be considered final until confirmation of the order has been sent to the Buyer by www.easy-pharma.ca and full payment for the product has been received by the Seller. 

ARTICLE 4 - SHIPMENT / DELIVERY

Easy-Pharma will make its best efforts to have the order shipped within a maximum of five (5) working days from the day following the validation of the order by the Buyer. The ordered items are shipped to the delivery address you specified during the order process. The delivery method for Canada is via Canada Post or Purolator, with the various options offered during the purchase process. It takes 2 to 4 days for delivery in Canada and 5 to 20 days for international countries depending on the destination. If you are not at home or if your mailbox is not appropriate, you will receive a notice and your package will be waiting for you at your post office. In case of unusual delay, due to an out of stock for example, an email will be sent to you.

Packages for the United States are shipped via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method as it incurs additional charges.

Whatever the delivery method chosen, we send you a link to track your package online.

In any case, the articles will be sent by the usual postal services. Easy-Pharma declines any responsibility in case of too much delivery time due to the postal services or means of transport, as well as in case of loss of the Products ordered or strike. Transport risks are borne by the Buyer, who must make a reasoned protest to the postal services or to the carrier, within three working days of delivery. In addition, it is specified that the ownership of the Products ordered will be transferred to the Buyer only at the total payment of the invoice price, including delivery charges.

Easy-Pharma Office Pick-Up is a free service that allows you to pick up your order in 2-5 business days. You are informed of the follow-up of your order by email and you have 15 days from delivery to recover your parcel. The offices are only a free pick-up point and are not obliged to accept returns of products for exchange and / or refund. Despite all the care taken by Easy-Pharma in the preparation of packages, it is possible that an article could be missing. Similarly, after transportation, one of the items may be defective. Which is why, upon receiving his order, the Buyer will have to verify the state of the article. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (missing or broken product, damaged parcel, etc.) must imperatively be notified, the same day of the reception, or at the latest the first working day following the reception at Easy-Pharma by mail to

If the above conditions are fulfilled, then Easy-Pharma will either proceed to the exchange or refund of the defective Product (s), or the return of the missing Product (subject to the merits of the request of the Buyer).

EASY-PHARMA cannot accept any claim made beyond 180 days from the date of payment of the order, including non-deliveries, damaged products or any other reason. 

ARTICLE 5 - PAYMENT

Payment must be made when ordering by the Buyer. At no time can the amounts paid be considered as a deposit or down payment.

The receipt of the full amount of the order will be made by www.easy-pharma.ca at the time of validation of the order. All orders should be paid in Canadian Dollars.

The payment of the purchases is carried out, with the order, by credit card or by Pay-Pal on our secure platform. Any other method of payment must be approved by the seller prior to purchase. The Buyer guarantees Easy-Pharma that it has the necessary authorizations to use the payment method it has chosen, when registering the order form. Easy-Pharma reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and / or delivery, regardless of its nature and level of performance, in case of non-payment of any sum that would be due by the Buyer or in case of payment incident.

EASY-PHARMA reserves the right to request a photocopy of the Buyer's ID card for any payment by credit card.

As part of the fight against fraud on the Internet, information about your order may be forwarded to any third party for verification.

ARTICLE 6 - SATISFIED OR REFUNDED

You have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt to return the product that does not suit you. The product must be in its original packaging and not used. Shipping costs will be your sole responsibility. Only the price of the product (s) purchased and the cost of return will be refunded. We will reimburse you, or exchange products that do not correspond to your order (defective or non-compliant). These refunds will be made in less than or equal to 15 days after the receipt of the products by us. No sending against payment will be accepted, whatever the reason.

ARTICLE 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All texts, comments, illustrations and images reproduced on the site www.easy-pharma.ca are reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property and for the whole world. This is why and in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only the use for private use subject to different or even more restrictive provisions of the Code of Intellectual Property. Any other use is constitutive of counterfeit and sanctioned under the Intellectual Property except prior authorization of Easy-Pharma. The proposed products comply with the French legislation in force. The responsibility of Easy-Pharma can not be held liable for non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the products are delivered. It is your responsibility to check with the local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products that you intend to order. Photographs and texts reproduced and illustrating the products presented are not contractual. Consequently, the responsibility of Easy-Pharma can not be held liable for any error in the illustrations or the description of the products. Easy-Pharma can not be held responsible for non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of out of stock or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike including postal services and means of transport and / or communications , flood, fire. Easy-Pharma will not be liable for any consequential damages as a result of the present, business interruption, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damages or costs.

Easy-Pharma undertakes not to disclose to third parties the information you provide to it. These are confidential. They will only be used by its internal services for the processing of your order. ARTICLE 12 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

ARTICLE 14 - NON WAIVER

The fact for one of the parties not to claim a breach with the other party to any of the obligations referred in these terms and conditions of sale can not be interpreted for the future as a waiver the obligation in question.
