Schüessler's biochemical salts

Mineral salts represent a key to tissue metabolism, along with trace elements and vitamins, because they activate the various enzymes that regulate our tissue functions. From the last century, Doctor W. H. SCHÜSSLER (1821-1898), in a work published in 1873: "Abrégé de therapeutique biochemique", insisted on the role of these macro-elements which constitute a main part of the dry body weight. They are: Calcium, Potassium, Sodium, Sulfur, Magnesium, Chlorine, Silica, Phosphorus, Fluorine and Iron.

He was inspired by the work of GRAUVOGL to state the principle of a simple medical technique used worldwide: "Tissues are diseased because the cells that constitute them no longer contain the substances that go into their constitution in the required proportions. the gradual intake and low dose of these substances, it will allow cells to rebuild their structure and regain their vitality ".
